By using Funfairia you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What Funfairia is

Funfairia is a free social gaming website operated by Funfairia Interactive B.V. It offers games played with virtual chips, for entertainment only.

What Funfairia is not

Funfairia is not a casino, is not a gambling operator and is not licensed as one. It does not accept wagers, does not hold funds and does not pay out winnings. Nothing on this site constitutes gambling, and no activity here can result in a monetary gain or loss.

Virtual chips

Chips displayed in games have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed or withdrawn, and confer no ownership or property right of any kind. We may adjust, reset or expire chip balances at any time, including to correct an error or address abuse.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to use this site. By creating an account you confirm that you meet that requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. One account per person. Do not share access, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the service, probe or attack its infrastructure, use automated tools to play on your behalf, exploit a defect to obtain chips you were not awarded, create multiple accounts to farm bonuses, or use the site in any way that breaks the law where you live. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Game outcomes

All game outcomes are determined on our servers and recorded before your browser is informed. The result recorded on our side is authoritative. Where a display error and a recorded outcome disagree, the recorded outcome stands.

Availability

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including individual games.

Intellectual property

The Funfairia name, artwork, characters, game design and code belong to Funfairia Interactive B.V. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from them without permission.

Closing your account

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent, and your chip balance and history are removed with it. We may close an account that breaches these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funfairia Interactive B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this free service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.
